Waterjet machines have the ability to cut almost any materials and thickness. Most applications of abrasive waterjet are for cutting of special materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, glass, etc. but its flexibility makes it useful for all applications. Our service is ideal for cutting two and three dimensional parts from various materials up to 5" thick on a working area of 144 inches long by 72 inches wide. Our water jet machine has a water pump that produces a 55,000 PSI stream of water, combined with a garnet cutting media to cut all but the very hardest of materials. This cutting process does not cause a heat affected zone or metallurgical changes, eliminating heat-caused warpage, hardened edges, and the need for clean up or deburring.
